WHERE WE SHIP & COST?
We offer shipping from Ground to Air services depending on the season, our fees are the lowest as we have chosen our shipping partners well. We ship to most areas in the United States, Puerto Rico, and many Pacific Rim Countries. The more you ship, the more you save. We recommend a minimum of 3, 6, or 12 packs.
Our third party shipping partners and The Wine Illuminati have been working together in the wine business for over a decade. Our commitment is a seamless convenient delivery process.
We make shipping logistics as simple as possible, tracking e-mail notifications to keep you updated during wine transit.
Deliveries in California span 2 days in transit time, San Francisco bay area deliveries are usually made the next business day.
BUSINESS VS RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES
A business address is preferred. Commercial addresses facilitate the legal age requirement of an adult signature. Residential deliveries, by law require a 21+ adult to be present for signature.
Minimizing returned packages, we will coordinate for a smooth delivery, if a package is returned we will reach out for reshipping options.
SAFE SHIPPING ALL YEAR ROUND / HOLDING WINES FOR A FUTURE SHIPMENT DATE
In extreme weather conditions, where high or low temperatures are an issue, we ensure the necessary packing and handling methods for a safe Next Day delivery.
We have the ability to hold wines for a later shipping date on orders of 12 or more Bottles.
INSURANCE POLICY AND REFUNDS ON SHIPMENTS
If a wine is damaged in transit, we ask for and require immediate proof via pictures we will submit to our third party shipping partner to initiate a claim. If the wine in question is available, a replacement bottle will be issued. If a refund is the next best solution, it shall be processed with efficiency.
